Was having this discussion with MrBen the other day, pretty sure the original designer/manufacturer of the SHTF upper sold the design to McCutchen. It may look somewhat like BOHICA'S bolt handle but it's in no way connected with them.
I'll have to watch the video, haven't at this time. Anytime you're looking to buy a newly designed upper, do your homework on it and the company. If you don't like the feedback, either wait for more info or move on to one with a solid reputation and QC/CS, with QC/CS being one of the most important things.

ETA: Having watched the video, I'm wondering if they changed the hammer spring out or the stock hammer to a high mass one. That was 2 issues found with the early uppers do to 50 BMG primers being hard. You need them to get 100% ignition all the time on 50 BMG primers or else you'll have the same problems. Maybe someone will send them both emails and let them know about these issues...
