Can't speak to the PTR but they work fine in my HK factory guns.
Even the 'frankenmags' I had made work.

I have a bunch of the 20 and 30 round factory CETME mags they all work well.

Cetme mags run great in my G551k. Bought a 10 pack off GB for $45 shipped. Lee's mags has them really cheap. Same with HK mags. Pic of my G551k I built.
