Alice pack question

So when my son was a little allowed him to use my medium Alice pack when he played army with his friends. He took care of it with the exception of one thing the little locking ratchet that allowed you to close the top of the pack with the drawstrings has been lost. I can't seem to find one anywhere online does anyone know where I can get one?

It's not the ratchet kind, but wallyworld sells cord locks that sholuld be servicabke for that use on the pack.

Yeah I already have that one in the back of my mind since I have one of those on a commercial pack. I was kind of hoping to get the original one I wish he had not misplaced or lost it.

I just checked one of my Medium ALICE packs. It has the ITW 194 Cord lock on it, black color. But that site sells them in white, black, and coyote brown, so you have the option.

Thanks for the offer I appreciate it. However I did manage to find the correct one at the place in Canada even though it is black.

The mention of your son and pack reminded me of when one of my sons was little. He liked to get inside my pack and have me carry him on walks around the block. He’s thirty five now and has his own pack. He hasn’t mentioned carrying my granddaughter in his yet.
