Are there any state restrictions on AP or Incendiary ammo?

Mo doesn’t allow incendiary, luckily I’m on the Kansas side, I’ve ordered 124rds of m8 api from sga

Tried to order some API from SG and they schooled me on the fact that "exploding" ammo is banned in Florida.
