Do near-ir light bulbs exist? If so, source? Most of the stationary IR lights I'm seeing are running DC power. No go.

There are a couple threads on ir driving lights that would probably give you some helpful information.

(Maybe you are looking for a non automotive solution, I apologize if I assumed incorrectly)

I was going to suggest something similar.

It was a secondary effect(albeit desirable) that all my dahua cameras on my property light the outside of my house up like infrared Christmas. If you get POE injectors you can put these anywhere. They put out quite the red glow however.
