Loaded up with 24g RL15. WSR. 18" Colt 1/9. Just under 1" at 100 yards. Bipod, rear bag. Happy!

Know what your velocity is? Been loading 70 grain tsx with rl15 and cci 400, 2930 fps outta a 16.5. Are you talking the rdf nosler?

Considering Mk262 is 2850fps from a 20" barrel, I recommend backing off. I'd be surprised if the 400s don't pierce.

Isn't mk262 the 77 tmk? I thought same thing about my load, talked to Barnes and they it's not out of the ordinary. Haven't pierced a primer yet but still under 200 rounds. I am getting a minor crater but not ejector marks.

262 is the Sierra 77 SMK,

Try 23.5 gr of 2230 behind those Nosler 69 gr CCs and a Rem 7 /2 primer. It has shot well in several rifles.

The magic load
69gr OTM Sierra or Nosler
Varget 24.7-25.3 (you have to do the tuning to your gun)
Rem 7.5
Cases need to sorted for consistency
This should be close sub MOA for sure!
