Alright, for box 4b of my 5320.23....

I'm SBRing my Scorpion. Do I put my info in there since I'm "manufacturing", or my Trust's info, or CZ-USA's info? Thanks!

You put in CZs information. The same information that would go in box 4a on the Form 1.

And you’re making it, not manufacturing it...there’s a big difference, and that’s why both words exist.
