Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 45acp and Montana Gold 185JHP

Recently stumbled into a thousand Montana gold 185 grain jacketed hollow point bullets and I would like to load them up to shoot out of my Smith & Wesson shield. I have tight group and 231 for powder.

Has anyone loaded these bullets? Looking for load suggestions

6.0 of 231 is what I've loaded and everything functions.  not sure where that is on the tables but

I've used a lot in .357/38 spcl.  I thought they were pretty good bullets and just used JHP formulas for them.
