What's are you guys using for a gas seal?? My long walled 40mm aluminum deftec casings are around 37.5mm internal diameter. I've been using a thick rubber stopper from ace but it seems to heavy. Any other suggestions?? Thanks!

Pick up a gasket cutter set from Harbor Freight, and some sheet cork and foam rubber from Hobby Lobby and cut your own. Much cheaper in the long run. GROG

Use a soft plastic cutting board on a concrete floor with a big hammer... easiest way to cut them I’ve found. GROG

I am planning to 3D print giant sized "wads" similar to something you'd find in a 12ga shell.
