It was made by Component Metal Parts (CMP) they were a contract manufacturer for RPB, Cobray. FMJ, Leinad, etc.
IIRC it's a model CM2037. No idea as to value. |

Brand new, they're $400. My guess is... less than $400 in value for a used example from a few decades ago, depending on overall use/wear it might not be worth very much at all.
