Grog's site doesn't seem to work, at least for me right now.  Looks like it is a "static" image of an old site.  I was hoping that one was still live for the reloading info!

With all the 40mm difficulties right now, I'm debating adding a 37mm B&T 'flare launcher' to the 'toy chest'!  

What is availability and cost like these days for 37mm non-DD ammunition?  Are these reasonable to make at home?  Mainly I am thinking chalk/flour options but, some flares for New Year's or the 4th of July are a possibility too!  I'm not really thinking 40mm or DD so, I want to stay with 37mm non-DD ammunition options.

What is available today?  What do prices and general availability look like?  I assume I would have to deal with the same craziness in terms of ignition and propellants.  If I can't buy ready made for reasonable money, where and how do I get into loading my own 37mm non-DD rounds?

If there is a site like I remember from Grog long ago, I would appreciate a link.

I think its about typical on Grog's like it is on here, it's the normal speed for the DD community...slow. I have to dig through the old posts on Grog's to finds what i need. Same goes for this forum. The GL06 would be a nice addition to any collection. I did read somewhere B&T is maybe thinking about getting some 40mm barrels out for those who want to register and convert them. Couldn't tell you much on the 37mm side though.

I never found grog site all that helpful and did buy his reloading data package he offers. IMO wasn’t worth it.

Op if you buy a reload kit from the various 37mm guys now they will include all the directions on how to build the rounds and will come with the supplies.

If you have a 3D printer the sky is the limit. AWCY have tons of files and detailed instructions to make your own for next to nothing.

Too bad you didn’t find the site or guides all that great or worth it. The funny thing is, both the sites you linked use products I either developed or assisted in developing for the 37/40MM community. GROG

To me this is the new exciting frontier on 37mm reloading. I have seen some neat stuff in the last year or so that has came out. Nice to see a new perspective on the topic. Loading cardboard tubes with black powder for a sound report has been around for decades. Nothing new really.

Site works perfectly for me. There's even a discussion around 3D printed rounds of various types.

The direct link Grob posted works for me now.
