I have my uncles custom rifle, he would shoot .308 Norma Magnum ammo in it, no stamp on the barrel.  Can I shoot, safely, .308 ammo in it as Norma Magnums are hard to come by, I do have a box left.  Any thoughts? Thanks for any and all responses.

If you're asking if .308 Winchester ammo can be substituted for .308 Norma Magnum ammo, the answer is no.

Absolutely not.

Looks like you can make brass from a couple different cases. I bet the case and barrel life would be great if you down-load it to 308 velocity for nostalgic plinking.
