I think the old school Ranger Assault Carry Kit R.A.C.K. mag pouches will fit 3xM4 or 2xMk17 Mags.

Once in awhile you can find some St Paul, Minn Paraclete DCU 7.62 mag pouches on the Bay.

IIRC Blackhawk made some in 3 color desert during th4e early days of OIF.

Those contract surplus FedTex pouches hold only 1 308 magazine (HK in pic as i only have those) and are....let's say not on par with Eagle Industries Quality.
Off the top of my head the only surplus DCU m14 pouches should be the 3 mag ones issued with the Safariland  ELCS Navy kit, along with belted 7.62 and Mp5 pouches.

Emdom has their 7.62 double pouch still available in that color for 28.99$, if you can wait as it's done as a a custom order.
You may contact Ebay seller GI GOODIES that has a basic model with buckle closure if he can make DCU ones for you (he has only OD for sale at the moment). These are made in USA if it bothers you.
Patriot performance Material used to make basically copies of the Tactical tailor universal ammo pouches (hook and loops closure, elastic shock cord retention) in DCU, but you have to find them used
