If anyone wants to know, my Wilson/Scattergun Technologies +2 extension measures 1.0085 inches in diameter.

i just began my build with the same adapter although its just an express magnum with a 18"barrel we milled off the front sight on a bridgeport what did you do to get yours on mine was pretty much a pressfit and i doubt its ever coming off but it looks sick with an M9 on the front now i just have to decide of i want to pistolgrip it |

Update is that its on a back burner till I can get some more information on Sheet metal forming and manufacturing processes.
The CNC one wasn't practical from a Monetary standpoint. (The quotes I got back from some prototyping shops were almost $1k.) |

Not trying to steal any thunder, but I recalled seeing these a few months ago in SGN:
