Here's another video I took with the XD50 on Wednesday: Coyote is at around 120 yards at the start of the video and the shot was from about 90 yards.

Do you guys have the Scout III (240/320) or Scout TK in hand?
I'm pretty sure a bunch of us want to see how they perform and what range they can really detect pigs, deer...etc |

I haven't gotten a chance to check one out yet, but I'm sure we'll get some videos/pictures/comparisons up soon. |

Hog hunting video from Friday night showing some split-screen footage from the Armasight Apollo Pro 640mm and the Pulsar Apex XD50. Good illustration of how a 384 sensor unit compares to a 640 at various distances. The Apollo was used in clip-on configuration in front of a 4X Acog so there are no cross-hairs in the footage for that unit.

Most of the time I use black hot for both scanning and shooting. It seems to give the most realistic view of both the target and the surrounding terrain. I do like the Fire and Ice/Insta-alert pallet and Sepia too. |
