Major Murphy suggested 'Bear Arms'.  That's already a good gun shop in Scottsdale Arizona.

Another person mentioned ' Guns'R'Us '.  There was a shop in Phoenix that was co-located with one of those mailbox-mailing service businesses, they called it "Guns'R'Us-Postal Plus".  No shit.

If the shop caters to AR-15s and other similar semi-autos you could call it "Citizens Armory".

5subslr5,  East Park Hardware is where I bought my wife her first handgun.

They didnt just name a gunshop "East Park Hardware", they REALLY were a hardware shop.  They used to have 80% of the store devoted to hardware ( nuts, bolts, etc ) and the very back was the gunshop and gunsmith even farther back.

Now they have moved and look more like a duck hunting apparrel store....

I guess it was about 1993-1994 when I lived in Memphis and bought at that gun store - many times.  Probably the hardware was already gone by that time.

I know you must be referring to that apparatus over a range or cook top.
Surely you don't mean supplying additional
"orfices" to criminal-type hoods ???

Gun Control, Inc.

Use a picture of a target with the center shot out as a logo.

(This one would go on my short-list.)

Heh, heh...I found an OLD cooktop ventilator that had the "Vent-A-Hood" chrome script logo and liberated the chrome logo.  I'm gathering the parts for a 1911 and will somehow attach the logo to the left side of the slide.

Vent-A-Hood will be my race gun.

Ok, I think I'll pass on a few.  Maybe it's time for a poll?!?

Here is the narrowed down list:

"The Bullet Hole"
"On Target Armory"
"The X Ring"  (this is one I already suggested)
"Maximum Velocity Shooters Supply"  (is this too much like "Hi-Vel"?)
"Cascadia Arms" (or something with Cascadia)

Northwest Armory is already in Portland.  This shop is on the east side of the state.
I also thought it would be funny to be able to have an acronym that was already in use, such at "ACLU" or even something a bit more scandalous like "NAACP".

How about "Point Blank" ?
