I have been seeing this in my cabelas catalogs.



Anyone have any experience with them?  It claims to increase arrow speed, I can imagine maybe a single FPS and also reduce noise?  
Any truth to this?  I'm just getting bored with my Meta Peeps and I'm set on a new bow in the next few weeks and thought of trying something new.
