Given a model year old bow (a 2020 say and 2021 is out) and cosmetically perfect or close.

What would you guys say is an approximate value?

Assume it's close to fitting me, and no accessories at all.

Would you say 75% 80% 90%?

Im not saying stealing it. I'm saying a decent deal that's worth not buying new

Try looking on gunbroker closed auctions, they have an archery section.

ETA: I don’t know why someone would ever buy a new bow unless you’re having a hell of a time finding the exact bow you want, there’s a huge sale, and you need a bow today.

OP, it depends on the model.  A very popular one should go close to original  selling price.  If the new model incorporates new improved features then the 2020 model can take a big hit.  Bows seem to be more personal than guns.  If you like it and it fits you don’t be afraid to step up and buy it.
