So I nailed a doe three hours into the day and dressed her out. Lost my bolt but found blade pieces in both shoulder blades.

Anyone have any easy ways to find all the metal? Or should I just toss the meat and surrounding areas? I have it isolated in the cooler right now.

I thought about using the microwave to see if it would spark out?

Thanks for the tips, I'm sure I won't be three last with this problem.

Trim it out, don't take a chance - not worth it if you bite down or swallow part of a blade . . .

And in the future, use stronger broadheads.
