I'm confused, your missing a lot of stuff in your post.

New frontier is what I’m using.
I read online that billet receivers don’t work with geissele rails. Upon reading online I can file down the anti rotation tabs and it will fit. But, would that side charge handle hit the tab on the left side going forward? |

Yea it will, they aren't compatible. You can file the tabs flush to the rest of the handguard, and it should work just fine.

I modified a non-standard profile upper to fit a handgaurd with anti rotation tabs, by filing the foward "corners" of the upper, instead of losing the tabs/anti rotation feature..
