What I did to make my flash hiders... not hide flash was sent them to John Thomas at Retro Arms Work. He bored out the flash hiders and inserted a steel tube and welded it onto the flash hider. What that id was cover up the holes and make it where it would be considered not a flash hider.

I'll grab a pic of one of my A2's that I sent him. I've seen him do it on Three Prong's as well.

I don't know if the ones that you wanted are available, this is another option.
