My Young National Match BCG is beautiful, and I am sure predates the recent insanity.

Is there a way for me to be sure? It remains uninstalled and pristine. Thanks.

Of course there's this thread, but my question stands: how can I prove mine is pre-new owners?

In tens of thousands of rounds through two dozen ARs, I have had ONE gas key come loose.

It was a NOVESKE! It was part of a complete rifle I bought at a Noveske premium price around 2006. Bolt was 'properly staked'

I did have a couple thousand rounds through a YNM with no problems. It was an MSTN build, thank you Wes.

Trying to choose among three possibilities:

Keep it and use it in a precision build as is;
Keep it and stake it;
Sell it.
