What buffer weight are most folks running in their 14.5"-16" mid-lengths specifically suppressed?

Update:  They are BCM, DD, and FN barrels if that helps with gas port sizes.  BCM/FN are the 16" barrels and the DD is the 14.5"

Man, there are so many gas port sizes, and the difference between 14.5" and 16" is significant.

Having said; I have 3 midlength barrels that I use with and without a can, 13.7" to 14.5", and I have H2 buffers in each.  The 13.7 has a lighter Sprinco White carbine spring, and the other 2 have Blue springs.   The BCM and Rainier barrels @ 14.5 are similar in port size, at least mine are.  The 13.7 Noveske is gassed lighter.
