Stainless 18" 7.62x39 fluted barrel?
Would consider chrome lined steel also.

I will probably end up with a spare AR15 lower, and been thinking about building an AR47, since I have about 2k of East German ammo.

Hadn't really decided on what I wanted yet, and was going back & forth on flute styles most of the day.
Was surprised of cost of most flute options ran the same price.
But ordered a couple of hours ago, 18", polished sporter weight, Mid length gas, strait-8 flute, threaded muzzle, with head spaced RC bolt.

Pleasantly surprised just now by FedEx.
My X-Caliber barrel hit the door already

Their sight said 14-16 weeks, closer to 4 weeks.

Barrel is a work of art.

Time to start build, have everything else except a few small parts.
(that I may have, just haven't went into my spares stash yet)
