Who made this barrel?

I had this barrel laying around that come off a trade upper. Any idea, who made it? 16" carbine, m4 profile, m4 feed ramps, nitride.

For what it's worth, those markings are identical to a Radical Firearms barrel I bought from (pretty sure) Aim Surplus a few years ago. It started life at my house with a somewhat rough chamber that needed quite a bit of polishing to achieve consistent extraction. Other than that I like it.

Don't know about PSA's lower Freedom barrel markings, but the 2 complete Upper's I got from PSA(years ago) with one barrel being "premium" and other "premium FN" barrels, the info markings are stamped into the barrel.

Even BCA(bear creek) uses stamped into, info on their barrels. I have a couple from them.
