Which raises my next question, I understand the URX4 rail is the barrel nut, correct? So that means it will have to spin over a gas block. The KAC Mod 2 has a special tool for tightening the gas block, since this would be on a DD I am assuming I will need a different gas block....or possibly the DD is low enough to allow tightening the URX4...or am I completely off base here.

URX4 is one of my favorite rails. Easy installation - never had any issues with the Sionics gas block install either.

Gas block is installed after the rail is installed with a URX 4. If the set screws don’t line up with an MLOK slot, you’ll need to break out a Dremel and clearance the rail. I’ve installed clamp on GBs and pinned gas blocks with the URX 4 and they will
always require some clearancing.
G isn’t going to make anything that looks exactly like a URX 4 because of the way they mount. The pinch bolts require a larger chunk of material near the receiver, so you won’t be able to get that seamless look of one diameter across the entire length of the handguard (unless you make the rest of the handguard stupidly large). Closest you’ll be able to find is that Troy rail posted above.
That said, the G stuff is a good choice if you can live with it not looking identical to the KAC. I’d much rather have the G over the Troy, and yes I’ve owned and used both. The way the Troy rail attaches doesn’t inspire a ton of confidence.
