I like the VTAC bungee but I wish it was wider. My BCM SOCOM & HK416-clone are heavy, so I appreciate the amount of ‘give’ that the bungee has.
My Galil ACE has a homemade sling I built from a GI canvas strap coupled with an ALICE pack lower shoulder adjustment strap. It’s old-school but it works with the ACE’s grungy camo-painted vibe. |

Today the rain is here so I am hunting with an iron sighted rifle.
M14 18” in a USGI Fiberglas stock and a cotton M1 sling (way better than the later seatbelt weave slings that slip). |
