Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What size screws (diametrer) are used on a Kinetic Sidelok?

I have a stripped screw hole on a second hand Sidelok.  I am looking at the possibility of using a helicoil type insert to fix.  What size screws are used to attach the scope mount part to the Sidelok base?

I had this exact same thing happen to me. I had some spare screws from an old 30mm Aimpoint mount (the ones that clamp the top and bottom together) and they threaded right in. They stick out a little bit so that might affect where you can position your scope. I'll take a picture when I get home and post it up.
