Just wondering if there are other references regarding retro material that I should pick up?

I have The Black Rifle and Vickers Guide Volume 1. I know of The Great Rifle Controversy already and will be picking one of those up. Any others?

The Armalite AR-10 by our own Joseph Putnam from Collectors Grade is excellent

I’ll have to get it then. Is it over $100 like the great rifle controversy? Lol

MASAMI TOKOI - M16 & Stoner's rifle

It's in Japanese, but it has some good photos of some rare models.  Vicker's book kind of superseded it though, unless you just want to see some different views.  If you can find the book at a low price, I'd say get it for sure, but it's not a cheap book.
