I purchased a gently used MK12 mod 1 build a year ago and haven’t got around to shooting it yet. Due to some surgeries I had time to break it down as I am going to swap some parts on it and noticed this gas tube. Any thoughts what it is??
I bought the rifle on GB just for the KAC ambi lower which was new and basically got the upper for a couple of hundos (WOA MK12 profile barrel, Allen engineering brake/collar, gas block, mil spec upper, FN M16 BCG, KAC RAS) Thx mike

I think it’s an adjustable gas system; useful for when you install your silencer.

I have seen similiar in instrumentation systems, adjustable in line needle valve....I did not know these were used in AR gas systems, do we know who makes this?
