Want to know what's crazy? A lot of people I know who aren't operators like us ARFcommers, love their sightmarks. Tim Pool recently out out a video where he had a shitty Sightmarks (he used to be anti-gun)
You pretty much know if someone knows their shit if they don't own something like this:

We sold something similar at the LGS I used to work at and people bought that shit like crazy. Everytime I mounted one for someone I kept thinking of some crazy sci fi spaceship mounted to the top of whatever I was attaching it to.

Most people look at price and features and would probably think this is the way to go. I know a few guys who eat this stuff up along with punisher skulls and Chinese accessories that just plain look cheap.
I see the comments too and people tagging their buddies saying "see this is the one I was talking about " not in a joking way either. I go to shows and this is 70% of the type of optics I normally see. I'm sure there's stuff I know nothing about that I think is cool that's really junk too. |
