I have one but because i bought a worthless barrel from Givati company. It is a 10.5 with pistol gas which you couldnt open the gas port big enough to run. I drilled a new pistol gas port and used a low profile gas block under the handguard. Kino configuration i think its called. Point being you arent likely to find a 10.5 carbine with fsb because it wont run well.

See this photo. I plugged the carbine fsb.
 Attached FileMy m4 clamshell handguards fit over this. Achieves what you want, a running 300 blk with carbine fsb while actually running because of the pistol gas system. |

I also opened the carbine gas port up to the max effective, .125 if i recall, and the carbine fsb still wouldnt cycle with subs but woukd with supers. Just trying to save you all of the r&d I had to do because of a poor quality seller.
I stepped up from .065 until i found what i liked on the pistol gas. I f you want i will try and dig up what i ended up with that cycled subs without a can. |

gas block is 1.370 tall
With the "skinny" DMPS retro carbine handguard the heat shield just touch the gas block, enough it goes on but does make contact. The M4 "fat" handguards I would estimate .075" or so of clearance to the gas block I have. Hope this helps. |

CMMG makes a 12.5" 300BLK barrel with a .750 lo-pro gas block and pinned “F” marked front sight base. Perhaps they would make a 10.5" barrel.
