In my opinion, save it for mounting on a pistol, not ar flavored, and get a full sized red dot.
I had one mounted on my little 9mm pcc and I like a bigger site to look through when it comes to a rifle. Or you could offset red dot it if you have an lpvo. |

Is this a gun you could/would potentially protect your life with?
I like to have an enclosed emitter like an aimpoint or MRO. Just think of rain, dirt, mud... |

Not concerned about rain, dirt or mud. Hunt with a Deltapoint Pro in bad weather. Its well protected, actually. And its HD role is indoors. I would be concerned, very concerned, about the really bad parallax error of the MRO. |
