I'm getting a consistent dent in the ejected case for my PSA 6.5 Creedmoor. Seems like it would be an easy one for the pros to diagnose:

I really cannot tell anything about it from the picture but I suspect it is just a normal ejection dent, either by the case being withdrawn from the chamber and the ejector slamming the case shoulder into the side of the barrel extension or when the case is being ejected and it is hitting the shell deflector.  Both are normal and will not affect reloading any.  They will size and shoot out on the next shooting although it will likely get a new dent when ejected again.  If you want to see some real dents, look at what a HK91 does to an ejected case. Some of them cannot even be reloaded, and the fluted chamber really makes interesting grooves on the case.
