So I'm shooting 300 AAC subsonic in my Remington Micro Model 7 bolt gun and Sig MCX 9" Virtus SBR.

Gemtech .308 HVT can.

My Gemtech 187 subsonic works great but no longer available.

What can I use that is subsonic?

The Winchester white box stuff cracks 60% of the time.

Is there validated/verified subsonic non-reman ammo out there?

Thanks

Loud in the 9in barrel to? Is it breaking the sound barrier or just popping in the semi? Some powders they use are quite gassy to make sure the ammo is reliable in most every gun.

Best option is to reload. No factory ammo I have tried is as quiet as my loads. The Hornady 190g Subx is surprisingly good. S&B subs are pretty good. Winchester IS loud and sig 220subs are as well but a little better.

Sound barrier being broken down range "crack".

I went through a good bit of the S&B 200gr FMJ loads, never gave me any issues.
Haven't bought any 300blk since the world ended.

Sometimes that "crack" you hear is the bullet hitting paper.

I'd be surprised if you were super/transonic out of the 9".

I don't have any 16" barreled 300 BLK gun anymore. But I never had any issues with the Remington 220gr stuff at any barrel length when I did. (5.75 - 16")

Hornady has a 208gr ELD-M offering as well as 190gr SUB-X expanding.  Both should run subsonic.

Unfortunately it's a little bit barrel-to-barrel, might have to try a box or two of a bunch of things and see which ones are/aren't slightly supersonic.  Most ammo mfg's will err on the side of supersonic opposed to stuck bullets since the subsonic loads are typically only running 20-35ksi.
