Just my PMAG collection, 26 fully loaded and 35 more in an ammo can. I honestly have no idea where my USGI mags are, they are scattered all over the house, with bugout gear, in drawers, with rifles...everywhere |

Not a whore but heres a little porn. $170 shipped for 20 from DSG. Took them apart and checked for burrs or anything suspect. Put them back together checked them with a ruler. All seem to function fine and fit and finish are great. Fit in my lowers fine and go in with a closed bolt pretty easy. Loaded up and now waiting to go into a can for long term storage.

I started out the other way...buying bunches of the same thing (USGI 30-rd Aluminum prebans, then somewhat recently a ton of USGI AL 30-rd's). And now I've gone your route - PMags, Lancers...maybe a drum and a 40-rdr some day soon! The majority of mine are USGI and PMags, but I like to buy something different every now and then.

Working on being a MAG whore.
Pretty much grab 3-5 every pay check. Need to focus a little more on my AK Mags ( not pictured ). 
Top Left - 5 30rd D&H mags / 5 20rd D&H Mags Top Right - 5 30Rd CProducts / 5 20rd CProducts ( my AR loves them ) Bottom Left - 5 30rd No name USGI mags Middle - Freshly acquired 5 20rd Thermolds Right - 2 30rd Tapco's - Bought before I got my AR. They drop free. Good range mags Far Right - 2 more 30 CProducts. All of them have the CProducts pulls on them. I have been rather impressed with them. |

Not shown are the 6 BDM .22 conversion mags, and 4 Glock mags that I have in various drawers, closets, etc. Had about 160. Been slowly divesting myself of the GI mags and moving to all Pmags. Decided I'd rather have 50 pmags than 150 GI mags. I mean, seriously, how many mags (for the same gun) do you really need?

Well,
Being that I'm starting over...yes I can now say it...house fire and no fireproof safe...ouch! Anyhow, I'm getting in 12 dh tomorrow...awesome...and have a few gi mags. Getting back to where I was will take some dedication if I'm to do it before I'm dead! It's daunting to lose 20+ guns ammo and everything else...only had the clothes on my back and my carry gun....ouch! But seeing the stash you guys have is great inspiration... So far...1 ar-15 1-m1 couple sigs and couple of glocks and two hunting rifels. But my ta-31f is coming in Monday. Up to 2000rds 5.56 1000 .40 for pistols...and misc. I have so much to do...but did it right...have fireproof vault 12" thick concrete and fire rated vault door...not going to lose them again... B P.S. I've never used the pmags are they worth the price? |
