Not those specific ones, but IWC makes solid gear.

I run one of those light mounts with a streamlight Protac 1 and it works quite well.

I have the IWC Scout Mount version you linked (pretty much the same, instead of a ring the light mounts directly to the arm).  It’s solid.  I also have one of their Top Mount QD Sling Mounts, but switched to their flush mount because the skinny hand guard puts the top sling mount in contact with the gas tube.  Standard hand guards shouldn’t be an issue.

I just checked my store account at IWC and have been a customer since 2011.  Definitely a solid company with quality mounts and they have great customer support.

The light mount is on the WRONG side, (unless you are left handed)

You've got lots of options...



It is 1/2 the cost, easy to mount or remove, and you don't have jack with your handguards (mess with heat shields) to install...

Add a direct connect light or use a 1" ring if mounting a 1" conventional flashlight.  You can mount R or L side too.

The IWC mount can be mounted so the light is on either side.

You can mount it either way by simply flipping it over before attaching it.

Iwc makes legit stuff and I would go with them.

The Haley mounts are good stuff, actually made by Impact Weapons Components
