I'm stumped on a friend's build, but think I have isolated the problem to the selector, since it was what he replaced before the issue started. Sometimes it's a nice, clean pull standard gi trigger. But other times, it feels like a 30# trigger. Seemingly occurs the worst after sitting fit a few weeks. Once you work it a few times via dry fire, it seems to start acting normally.

Kind of weird, but they're didn't seem to be a lube problem or rust or anything like that.

Is the drum of the selector perhaps machined improperly?

Aero receiver with I believe it is a Geissele trigger. I'll have to double check on the trigger. Ambi safety selector.

I noticed that it is slight rearward pressure to the right that causes the "impingement". Straight pull or pressure to the left, the trigger works just fine.

Make sure everything is properly installed. Then try swapping the selector. If it still does it with another selector and you know that it's installed correctly, I would give Bill a call.
