Does SB still make these? I notice many places out of stock. Is that still just a rush waiting on ATFs ruling? Or do just a few places still have remaining inventory?

I truly hope the ink isn't dry before someone is in court seeking an injunction against enforcement until it works it's way through to the Supreme Court. At least delay it until HOPFULLY Representative Roger Marshal's Bill HR 5289 addressing SBRs can find it's footing under a Republican Congress/President.
