Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ruger and Rock River interchangeability

I'm new at this and looking for help.  I have tried swapping uppers and lowers from my Ruger (RH) and RRA (LH), they pin ok but the bolt will not pull back on either one.  Should I be able to interchange these?

Left Hand and Right Hand may not work. Mine swap out but they are all right hand.
