I have never heard of them before. Neat video. In before that other
company files a complaint for all of our safety.

FPNI.  Patent infringement too.  Guess we're all gonna have dead dogs soon.

I saw this on social media this morning and came here to post it. You got to it first.
Link Posted: 12/15/2020 11:29:36 AM EST
Do they have an ATF letter finding it not a MG yet? I mean... I WANT one, and FATF&E but without a letter, you're asking for your dog to be shot.
Link Posted: 12/15/2020 12:36:34 PM EST
Hide your dog OP

That trigger is begging for a knock on the door, lol.

Sure is cool though.
Link Posted: 12/15/2020 3:00:01 PM EST
With all the crap going on now,  I hope they have coffee and coffee-cake for the visitors that will be showing up...

With ammo at $3/round, I can see someones house payment in brass on the gound in about 3 minutes

Bought one. Got to me next day. Works great.

You should get one.

Agreed. What makes it great? Did it do as advertised in the video. Good reset? Outrun the carrier?

Details

ETA. I tried emailing the company with questions and concerns. So far no return contact. There is no listed telephone number to call. I need clarification on things before I spend $

They got back to both my emails within an hour.
I asked about short-throw safeties (they work)
and also if there's uncomfortable trigger slap (he said it isn't uncomfortable).
Link Posted: 12/16/2020 1:11:45 AM EST
Just sent another email so I guess we will see.
Link Posted: 12/16/2020 2:20:59 AM EST
Works as advertised, didn't outrun the carrier at all. Did a D60 and an M3, zero issue. Vltor A5 AH50 buffer and 20" rifle gas/barrel. Trigger slap was nonexistent. I've owned first gen NPAPs that beat the shit out of my finger and this didn't feel any different than shooting a regular AR trigger.

If i'm understanding this correctly, consistent rearward pressure will result in...rapid, but semi-automatic fire. IE each pull of the trigger releases a single round, but the reset happens forcefully, rather than by the shooter intentionally releasing rearward pressure.

This is really cool. I don't see it ending well and it would make me nervous as hell to own one, but it's badass.

That’s also my concern. I can’t afford 400 just to be told I have to give it back in 6 months.

A letter means nothing anymore since the BATFE can change it's mind like a woman, and local/fed gov'ts can also deem it a scary machine gun and ban it.

If you buy it just be careful where you use it so as not to draw too much attention.

@goggi

Does the safety selector work similar to a binary trigger - safe, semi, FRT - or are your options safe and FRT?

@goggi  So it basically allows you to "ride the reset" for faster firing, similar to a bumpstock / slidefire?

Still no response to my email. Maybe going into spam there...? If the owner is here and can im me, or if anyone happens to have a phone number for the business and could im me with it.

After reading discussions on a few other forums the consensus seems to be the same; this product won’t be on the market for long.

The thing that puts this in jeopardy is from my understanding, it operates with some forward assistance (maybe I’m wrong on that).

Hey if anyone wants a finders fee to get one for me in Florida I’m game lol.
Link Posted: 12/16/2020 10:07:24 PM EST
IOd pay cash for one right now.

I dont want records
Link Posted: 12/16/2020 11:16:32 PM EST
So how do you shoot it semi-auto? If the only settings are SAFE and SEMI, is there a sweet spot of finger pressure where it's not enough to release the trigger again on SEMI?

According to the animation, it looks like no matter how much pull pressure you have (5lbs or more), it will force reset. It doesn't seem to have a "sweet spot"

In before the bump trigger ban
Do they make an 80% kit?

I have two emails into [email protected]

In gd there is a thread that says that spikes tactical owns the company. Maybe I will try there.

Yea after a year ATF will declare it a bumpstock work around mg trigger device and raid the company and get its customer list and start making house visits.

Honestly I would not pay that much for any kind of trigger anywhere I'm to cheap for that.

If they had a brick & mortar storefront where I could walk in and pay cash, I'd consider it. As it stands now with online sales, fuck no. I'm not leaving a paper trail for my dog to get shot.

Pfftt.. if yer gonna break the law, or its the end of society as we know it .why spend money and get on a list In my honest opinion I’ll just spend 5 min with a coat hanger and a pair of needle nose pliers  that will do the job. Amazing the info available  just google cloths hanger sear then go to images a couple of ways and methods   so easy a caveman can do it  you can thank me latter if its not verbotton
