Those look very nicea I wish they would have been available when I placed my last order rom you guys for the components for a 17hm2 build. I got your current slick side design, which is fine too.

Shouldn’t it be called the “slickest side upper”? You already have a “slick side upper”.
 I like it and I will be ordering one once available. I have been going back and forth on your current slick side upper for a week or two trying to decide if I could live with the shell deflector. Now I just have to wait. |

What makes these preferable to a receiver with an enlarged port, dust cover door, deflector, and jam-enhancer

These will be a good option, however I would see if you can square up the ejection port a little. From the pic it looks very oblonged ovalish.... by squaring it up I think the aesthetics would be greatly improved.
These will sell well, but in think you should also look into the original Colt style slick side 9mm uppers that can take a gas deflector and cut down port door. These are getting harder to find and are preferred for Colt style builds. |

I like it. Just finished a dedicated 22lr with your slick side. Been thinking about a 9mm build at some point so I'll probably pick one of these up.
