Question About 22LR AR Which Was Compatible With Centerfire AR.

This is correct. You can use a complete ST-22 .22 LR upper on a standard AR lower with the “CMMG-style” magazines. As someone else mentioned, I like this idea better than a proprietary option like the M&P 15-22.
