If memory serves, the IDF would cut 14.5s down to 13.5. googling IDF is always fun, and I'm sure you'll find a rifle close to what you are looking for

idf menusar /\
 generally a 20" barrel cut down right behind the gas port which gave roughly a 13" barrel length my old menusar clone , this is with a colt 6520 barrel cut down to 13"  |
