What I have found out is that Bentwood gunsmith is closed that's why i was looking for a kit in here maybe there was someone who had a kit lying in the garage |

Anyways yes ^ I have to agree Maybe you can study the dimensions of a pump shotgun and fabricate a handguard that does this. Ideally one that can work well with everything else being milspec, perhaps a manual impingement on the gas key, buffer spring imparting against, pushing forward. Some sort of detent or roller lock within the handguard to retain bolt under a reasonable amount of aiming grip. Honestly believe some of the best innovations come from pressure applied to the situation. Supressor guys would probably dig this too, good luck. |

Years ago the company DPMS actually marketed a "pump action," AR. The lower was marked DPMS Pump.
Still got the lower. |

Are these kits using the buffer spring for bolt return or is the pump connected to the bolt and cycle it both ways like a shotgun?
