Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - PCC drums?

I haven't been interested in the subject until I started contemplating a 45 ACP "pistol" build.  Are there any PC drums being made specifically for the AR platform with a shorter "stick", more specifically in 45 ACP?  The one's made for handguns hang too far down for my liking.

ProMag makes a Glock style, 40rd, .45 ACP drum. Pay your penny, take your chance. It's going to hang low, though.

There's a bunch of options for Glock mag stuff. There's a few fewer for 9mm stick mags. 45 stick mags? I think they're mostly proprietary
