I, too, just joined the AR pistol club. 12" 6.5 Grendel, side charging.
The ATF can pry my Tailhook from my cold, dead hands! |

Left handed here as is my son. Building a 10.5", AR pistol in .223. Got a Seekins lower to use and a Faxon barrel. Just picked up a PSA adjustable gas block as it will mainly be shot suppressed. Looks like it has 25 click adjustments to dial down the gas.
Question on upper. I have a couple in my spare parts drawer. One that's tempting is a dual side charger with reciprocating handles. I'm curious if all that opening in the upper would help with gas blow back or make it worse for us lefty's. Thoughts? |
