I believe that it may be from a Scandinavian country.
Looks to be equal to M80.

Only hit I get from the database is Royal Ordnance Factory Steeton, West Yorkshire.
ETA: primer sealant color is correct, and scandinavian/euro would put 7,62, not 7.62, so it's an anglophile/western country. |

Apparently it was sold by SGAMMO.com although I'm not sure if they were the sole distributor.
It's very good ammo...  ETA: The time frame is around 2019 |
