As you can see in the pic, the reticle is rotated a little to the left. Not sure if this is normal? I probably won't care aesthetics-wise, just worried it's not gonna hold zero. Should I call Meprolight about it?

I would contact them for sure. You can check the adjustments yourself but I’d start with the company.

Called Meprolight, they started an RMA process for repair. Gotta pay for shipping but that's 100% ok with me. Excellent customer service so far..

Got a FedEx package today with a brand new unit! They even let me switch the reticle to a triangle one. Wow, excellent customer service!
