Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Magpul PRS Gen 3 not sitting flush

Trying to install the Magpul PRS Gen 3 onto the Aero Precision Enhanced carbine buffer tube kit.

Stock slides on no problem at all but will not sit flush against the end plate and castle nut.  It appears that the castle nut is thicker than mil spec.

Has anyone had this issue with the gen 3 not going flush on a carbine tube?
